At Pilgrim we make everything by hand & heart which is why all our jewellery, watches, and sunglasses are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers production and/or workmanship defects.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, negligence, loss, or stolen items. For any claims made, proof of purchase is required.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online Pilgrim purchase, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale. Online purchases can be exchanged in-store only.

For Canadian and American customers, refunds will be issued on the original method of payment with the exception of Paypal.
